Jordan Vold

Jordan Vold PA-C, CAQ-PSY is an associate board member of ISAM.  He has worked exclusively at Federally Qualified Health Centers since he started practicing in 2011.  Currently Jordan works as a Psychiatric and Addiction PA at Mile Square Health Center - LP Johnson in Rockford, Illinois.  Upon starting at Mile Square in 2021, Jordan led the initiation of outpatient low barrier MOUD treatment on site.  He is currently the site PI in the launch of an on-site Opioid Treatment Program, in partnership with Family Guidance Centers.

Jordan completed PA school at Midwestern University - Downers Grove and also has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Psychiatry.  Other clinical interests include carceral/correctional medicine - in particular, the care of individuals with behavioral health and/or SUD needs and carceral-involvement.
